TASTING NOTE: This wine was introduced in 2016 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Hip's classic album Trouble at the Hen house. It's creamy and toasty with aromas and flavours of green apple, lemon and butter creamand a long finish. Pair with roast chicken or Gord Downie's personal favourite meal of orzo with onions, Italian sausage and mushrooms, and raise a glass to this beloved Canadian album and to Gord's illustrious career.
