Bright pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, fresh, ripe apple-melon puree nose. Fairly dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, effervescent, fresh ripe apple-lemon-melon flavours with a crisp unoaked finish. Ready-to-drink. This blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada and 15% Xarello has 11.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L17193161 on the lower part of the glass bottle. TONY ASPLER / 87.5-points - Slightly reductive, apple and citrus nose medium-bodied, dry, green pear flavour with lively acidity. |
