| Very bright pale salmon pink colour. Very slightly honeyed, attractive, ripe red apple puree nose with some spicy, cherry-raspberry notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, attractive, ripe plum-red apple flavours with a fairly crisp, effervescent, strawberry-tinged finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 12% alcohol and 7 g/L residual sugar with lot number 3L17207041031 on the lower part of the glass bottle. TONY ASPLER / 88.5-points / TRY - Coral pink in colour; chalky, cherry nose; medium-bodied, dry, yellow cherry and raspberry flavours with good length. Last appeared in Vintages (**/**+) on April 15, 2017 at $21.95 and was an Explorer Selection. |

| TASTING NOTE: Pale-salmon hued, this is absolutely delightful - a medium-bodied sparkler that's fruity and dry. From subtle aromas of summer berries, spice and brioche through to the delicate creamy mousse that refreshes the palate, it offers light, red berry flavours and a lengthy mouth-watering finish.
