| Bright pale straw colour. Slightly honeyed, spicy, mineral-driven, ripe apple-melon-lemon nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, tangy, fresh ripe lemon-apple-melon flavours with a very crisp, unoaked, effervescent, lingering, minerally, yellow grapefruit-tinged finish. Has 11.5% alcohol and 13 g/L residual sugar. The recommended best buy organic 2014 (**+) was released on March 4, 2017 at $20.95. A part of the Vintages Essentials program and is currently available. |
