| Medium salmon pink colour. Fairly intense, sweet,slightly spicy, honeyed, plummy, ripe strawberry nose. Gently sweet, medium to medium-light bodied, harmonious, bright, ripe strawberry-apple puree flavours with some tangy notes on the lingering, fairly crisp, gently effervescent finish. Ready-to-drink. This blend includes 10% Cabernet Franc and a dosage of Cabernet Franc and Vidal icewine with 12% alcohol and 21 g/L residual sugar with lot number LB2502-02 on the back label. Last appeared in Vintages (***) on September 3, 2016 at $35.35 and was an Explorer Selection. |

| TASTING NOTE: This blend includes 10% Cabernet Franc and a dosage of Cabernet Franc and Vidal icewine added in. This is such a magical wine with strawberry, citrus, watermelon, raspberry, spice, honey and toast on the nose. Simply delicious in the mouth with a sweet, vigorous bead of bubbles, lush red fruits of raspberry and strawberry and just a kiss of sweetness to balance out the acidity.
