Bright medium salmon pink colour. Fairly intense, mineral-tinged, slightly spicy, ripe plum nose with some faint toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, ripe apple-plum flavours with a lingering, gently complex, mineral-tinged finish. Has good effervescence. Has 12.5% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar with lot number 03/2016 LAKAX on the back label. CSPC 69831
