TASTING NOTE: Crafted from 84% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from select Cabernet sites including Dionysus and Fries, and 16% Malbec from Andrews Vineyard. This suggests red fruit, currant, cedar and spice in a supple, well framed packaged. Enjoy this with barbecued ribs slathered in sauce. (Vintages panel, Feb. 2017) |
