Fairly deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, sandalwood-tinged, slightly dusty, ripe plum-cherry-apple nose with some hints of garrigue. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, quite well structured, slightly spicy, intense, youthful, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, somewhat grippy, high acid finish. This 100% estate grown Cab Sauv has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L15.1 on the back label.
