Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, slightly spicy, cedar-tinged, somewhat rustic, ripe plum nose. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, ripe plum flavours with a lingering, gently savoury, sandalwood-tinged, high acid finish. Terrific with a rib steak, this delicious northern Puglia blend of 85% Nero di Troia and 15% Montepulciano has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L598FB1 on the back label.
