TASTING NOTE: Drouhin is one of the most trusted (and certainly one of the best known) producers in Burgundy. This 2015 Bourgogne is an impressive Pinot - especially at this price. Crafted in an approachable and lighter style, this is lifted and floral with red fruit tones including cherry, strawberry, and cranberry with spice and mineral tones adding depth. A fine choice for newcomers to Burgundy, and an excellent mid-week option for fans. This will add a dash of class to your dinner and will be great with turkey or salmon.
