Fairly deep purple colour. Slightly spicy, baked apple-plum nose with some cedary, notes. Very dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, plum flavours with a crisp, gently cedary finish. This blend of 66% Cabernet Franc and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon has 12.5% alcohol. This was presented in the lab and is part of six wines in the LIMITED ONTARIO WINE RELEASE on page 55 on the Vintages Catalogue. It is not currently available at the LCBO. |
