Extremely deep intense purple colour. Intense, spicy, gently juicy, intense, very ripe, black cherry puree nose with some cedar notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, solid, intense, gently complex, classy albeit concentrated, intense, ripe black cherry-plum puree flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, fairly high acid finish. This hefty, ultra ripe, Barossa Valley Shiraz has 14.8% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. Better than the 2014 (***) with 90-points released on June 24, 2017 at $65.95. CSPC 636407
