Bright medium straw colour. Fairly spicy, honeyed, ripe melon-lemon nose with lots of toasty notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, quite well structured, harmonious, slightly spicy, ripe melon-lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, slightly toasty fairly high acid finish. Ready-to-drink.
