Very bright medium straw colour. Very pleasant, slightly schisty, ripe lemon-apple-melon nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, ripe, apple-melon flavours with a tangy, slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, oak-free, very faintly spritzy finish. Yes, this is a friendly GV and you should try it with oysters. Has 12..5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number LN9533/16 L3/16 on the back label. Screwcap closure. TONY ASPLER / 88.5-points / TRY - Minerally, citrus, green pepper nose; medium-bodied, dry, green plum flavours with a long, fresh finish. The recommended 2013 (**/**+) was released on February 20, 2016 at $19.95. |
