TASTING NOTE: This is a flavourful blend of two prominent white Rhone varieties. It is very spicy, with lifted aromas of melon, orange, anise and nutmeg. It is medium-full bodied, quite intense, hot, spicy and rather coarse, with excellent length. Needs to be well chilled and served with spicy fare. Intense. Score - 88 (David Lawrason, winealign.com, August 9, 2017) |
