| Very deep golden yellow colour. Very sweet, spicy, honeyed, caramel-driven, Seville orange marmalade nose. Very sweet, medium bodied, very spicy, honeyed, ripe lemon-apple purée flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid finish. Has 10% alcohol and 222 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 89-points - Old gold colour; tropical fruit, honey and a spicy note; medium to full-bodied, sweet and honeyed but a touch short on finish. This was presented in the lab and is part of six wines in the LIMITED ONTARIO WINE RELEASE on page 55 and which are currently available. |
