Bright light yellow colour. Complex, intense, mature, somewhat nutty, grass-tinged, spicy, ripe yellow plum-apple nose. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, spicy, mineral-tinged, grassy, tangy, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, unoaked, mineral-tinged, somewhat bitter finish. Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. The 2013 (**/**+) was released on November 12, 2016 at $27.95. CSPC 471540
