Bright very pale straw colour. Intense, gently spicy, grassy, lemon-melon-apple nose with lots of \"sweaty\" notes. Dry, medium-light to light bodied very bright, slightly spicy, very grassy, tangy, lemon-apple flavours with a very crisp, unoaked, faintly bitter finish. Oyster time! Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a new lot number 21/06/17 on the lower part of the glass bottle along with a screwcap closure.
