TASTING NOTE: Sourced from Jean-Max Roger's oldest estate Sauvignon Blanc vines, this wine is exuberantly floral, with notions of green fruit, citrus and menthol and a lovely mineral undertone. Classic. Pour it with roast chicken breast stuffed with herbs and chèvre. (Vintages panel, May 2017) |
