Deep purple colour. Spicy, herbal, spinach-tinged, somewhat stewed, dried apple-plum nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, somewhat bitter, herbal, dusty, dried plum-apple flavours with a very crisp verging on tart finish. Has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. Tasted twice. Pass!
