Very bright medium straw colour. Intense, spicy, leesy, mineral-tinged, apple-lemon meringue nose with some faint herbal notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, spicy, slightly baked lemon-melon-apple puree flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. CSPC 515122
