Bright light yellow colour. Spicy, mature, ripe, fairly fruity, intense, apricot-melon puree nose with some slight toasty notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, fleshy, quite mouthfilling, very ripe, apricot-apple puree flavours with a lingering, very spicy, fairly high acid finish. Best with poultry and white meats. This ready-to-drink. blend of 50% Rolle, 35% Viognier and 5% Sauvignon Blanc has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 01/16 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 512533
