TASTING NOTE: Intense, with suggestions of grass, fresh herbs, pea pod, apple, citrus and a touch of tropical fruit. Nice, big mouthfeel. The producer suggests pairing it with cedar-plank salmon, trout fillets, roast chicken or steamed mussels. It'll also go nicely with autumn squash and buttery peas.
