Extremely deep intense purple colour. Cedary, spicy, juicy, black cherry nose with some tropical fruit cocktail notes. Slightly sweetish, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, harmonious, spicy, juicy, ripe plum-cherry puree flavours with a lingering, slightly tropical fruit cocktail-tinged, cedary finish. A ready-to-drink crowd-pleaser. Has 15.5% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. The 2014 (*+/**) was released on February 20, 2016 at $29.95. |
