Bright ambering light brown colour. Intense, spicy, raisiny, sweet caramel nose. Sweet, medium-full bodied, gently viscous, spicy, intense, caramel and ripe plum flavours with a lingering, vanilla-tinged, raisiny, fairly high acid finish. Quite ready-to-drink, but will hold for the long run. Has 20% alcohol and 110 g/L residual sugar. The label says that this was bottled in 2017.
