TASTING NOTE: This comes from the Growing Horizon Vineyard in the central Wairau area of Marlborough and strikes a telling balance between power and refinement. Complex, layered aromas of tropical fruit and citrus with superb varietal character in the intense gooseberry and herbal tones. Bright and lithe in the mouth with great replays, lip-smacking grapefruit citrus, zesty acidity and a refined mineral underpinning. Really nice. Enjoy this with white fish, seafood or crab chowder.
