TASTING NOTE: The 2014 Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu had a slight reduction on the nose, opening with scents of greengage, granite and even a faint scent of fresh green asparagus. The palate is fresh on the entry, quite detailed with a keen line of acidity, that asparagus note in the background, but complemented with citrus lemon and fine cold stony notes on the clinical finish. This is an excellent Mont de Milieu from winemaker Camille Besson. Drink Date: 2017-2030. Score - 91 (Neal Martin, robertparker.com, Aug. 30, 2016) Price $ 42.95
