TASTING NOTE: Made using the same method as Champagne, this Pinot-Noir-based bubbly offers pretty notes of wild strawberry, grapefruit and orange zest, with a subtle suggestion of pie crust. It's sleek and zippy with a crisp, tangy finish. (Vintages panel, Aug. 2017) |
