A Vintage Assessments Explorer's Selection! |
A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a property that dates back to 1498, the Cortaccio is a wine that illustrates just how successful the marriage of tradition and modernity can be. This is a perennially big, impressive wine. At nine years of age, it will show signs of maturity - look for dried fruit, meat and leather tones to show through - but this is a wine crafted with an eye to 12-15 years of cellarability. This will be a refined, sophisticated addition to your table. |
