Medium deep purple colour. Gently spicy, plummy nose with some licorice-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, fairly intense, plum-cherry-apple flavours with a faintly herbal, tangy, sandalwood-licorice-tinged finish. Has 14% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L6294-96 on the back label. The 2011 (***) was released on December 10, 2016 at $46.95. |
