Very deep intense purple colour. Gently spicy, slightly baked plum nose with some cedar-licorice notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, tangy, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, fairly high acid finish. Has 14% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar.
