Extremely deep intense purple colour. Juicy, spicy, somewhat herbal, baked plum nose with some cedary notes and hints of peach. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, spicy, baked plum flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, faintly peachy finish. Has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. |
