Extremely deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, resiny, baked plum nose with some cedary herbes de Provence notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, tangy, herbal, somewhat spicy, dense, baked plum-cherry-apple flavours with a lingering, high acid, cedar-tinged, slightly herbal, savoury finish. This new blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Cabernet Franc has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. The 2010 (**/**+) was released on April 2, 2016 at $29.95. CSPC 310367
