Bright pale straw colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, youthful, mineral-tinged, grassy apple nose. Very dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, youthful, intense, slightly spicy, fairly grassy, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, very crisp, mineral-tinged finish. Has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. Unfortunately, a second bottle (not rated) had some reductive rubber hose notes on the nose.
