White wines in Burgundy are made from Chardonnay, except for in Saint-Bris, where they are produced from Sauvignon Blanc. Saint-Bris is the only growing area in Burgundy permitted to grow Sauvignon Blanc - a fact that makes this wine all the more intriguing. Grown in the same Kimmeridgian soils responsible for many of Burgundy's greatest wines, this offers Savvy's noted grass and citrus tones with an underlying distinct Burgundian minerality. Price $ 17.95
