PEDRO XIMENEZ DE AÑADA 2014 DOP Montilla-Moriles
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ALVEAR
Medium orange colour. Intense, very sweet, honeyed, Seville orange marmalade notes. Very sweet, medium-full bodied, dense, harmonious, viscous, juicy, intense, ripe plummy-apple purée, Seville orange marmalade and raisin pie flavours with a lingering, toasty, caramel-toffee, fig jam finish. Has 16% alcohol and a whopping 415 g/L residual sugar with lot number L7124 on the back label. This will last forever, some if you know someone born in 2014 buy them a case of 6 for upcoming birthdays. Believe it or not, if kept properly and barring any cork issues, this could last for 90 years and will even get better as time passes. CSPC 499152
