Bright light straw colour. Intense, somewhat spicy, very toasty, ripe lemon meringue nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, very slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, complex, intense, gently toasty, ripe lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid finish. Has 13% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 92-points / TRY - Spicy, floral, apple nose with well-integrated oak; medium-bodied, dry, elegant and beautifully balanced with a toasty finish to complement the apple flavour.
