One of the most recognizable names in all of Italian wine, Marchesi de' Frescobaldi has been crafting premium wines since the 1300s. Rosso di Montalcino is often made from Sangiovese vines that are still too young to be used to produce Tuscany's iconic Brunello. You can expect this to be approachable and characterful with notes of red berry, herbs and licorice. Enticing with very pure mineral, red berry and aromatic herb aromas and flavours. This ought to age well. Price $ 21.95
Bottle Size 750 mL
Tasting Date vintages release - September 30, 2017
