TASTING NOTE: This spent 13 months in oak before bottling. The 2015 growing season was quite warm, producing particularly ripe fruit, which plays out on both the nose and palate here. Crafted in a smooth and round style, this is very ripe and approachable, with a beautifully articulated and characterful cassis tone. A great wine for casual fare. (Vintages panel, Feb. 2017) |
