| Deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, dusty, dried plum-cherry nose with some peppery, apple-peel notes. Dry, medium bodied, tart, peppery, sweet and sour, plum-marzipan flavours with a high acid, bitter finish. At this moment, it seems rustic, disjointed and unjoyful. |
