TASTING NOTE: Made from 100% Verdejo, this is focused and crisp with notions of grapefruit, crunchy apple, pear and fresh hay. There's good tension on the midpalate en route to a zesty finish, where a touch of river stone makes an appearance. Pair with grilled seafood. (Vintages panel, Aug. 2017) |
