Bright extremely pale straw colour. Intense, gently grassy nose with some mineral-tinged, ripe grapefruit-apple-lemon notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, gently grassy, tangy, fresh, ripe lemon-apple-rhubarb flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, high acid, grapefruit-tinged finish. Screwcap closure. Has 13% and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number 7068 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure. CSPC 663286
