Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer COFFIN RIDGE
Bright medium straw colour. Spicy, gently honeyed, somewhat oxidative, ripe lemon-melon-apple nose with some mineral notes. Fairly dry, medium-light bodied, vibrant, spicy, ripe apple-melon flavours with some lemony notes on the crisp, unoaked finish. Has 11.5% alcohol and 12 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure.
