TASTING NOTE: An elegantly flavoured riesling Icewine from well-known riesling specialist, Cave Spring Cellars. Notes of pear and mineral, white flower, apricot and honey are harmoniously expressed on the palate. Despite a voluminous mouthfeel the wine is not overbearing. Sweetness is carefully balanced and the finish is quite persistent. Classic. Score - 91 (Sara d'Amato, winealign.com, Feb. 27, 2016) Price $ 49.95
