Bright very light yellow colour. Intense, slightly spicy, toasty, complex, warm lemon meringue pie nose. Attractive, dry, medium to medium-full bodied, harmonious, spicy, ripe lemon-melon-pear puree flavours with a lingering, toasty, meringue finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 13.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L6203 on the lower part of the glass bottle. TONY ASPLER / 91-points / TRY - Spicy, toasty, oaky, lemon nose; medium to full-bodied, dry, clovey, rich and full on the palate; beautifully balanced with peach and melon flavours and well integrated oak. TASTING NOTE: The 2015 Pomino Bianco Riserva Benefizio Castello di Pomino is a lovely white wine with substance, power and a creamy consistency. This is a deeply sophisticated and finely nuanced wine with yellow fruit, apricot, vanilla, white rose and toasted almond. The mouthfeel is fresh, generous and luscious.
