Bright very light day glo pink colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, citrus-tinged, apple-lemon nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, somewhat shy, ripe apple-lemon-melon flavours with a lingering, crisp, refreshing, effervescent finish. This blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay has 12% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 520817
