Bright light salmon pink colour. Very slightly hod, gently spicy, plummy, red cherry-apple-lemon-melon nose. Dry, medium bodied, very slightly spicy, ripe apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, effervescent finish. Quite ready-to-drink. Has 12% alcohol and 9 g/L residual sugar with lot number 29-0616 on the lower part of the glass bottle. One bottle was corked. CSPC 184309

TASTING NOTE: A delicate Salmon pink colour with wild strawberry, blood orange and yeast notes gently rising from the glass. Refreshing flavours of white currants and white cranberry flavours dance on the elegant framework with cherry, white currant, wild strawberry and yeast notes lingering on the finish. Serve at a cool 8 to 10°C. Serve with oven roasted tomatoes with goat cheese on toasted baguette; Gruyere and Emmenthal cheese fondue with light rye bread; creamy cheeses with baguette; roasted beet risotto; simply prepared seafood and shell fish; roast chicken.
