Bright light straw colour. Attractive, very toasty, rip lemon-apple meringue nose with some mineral notes. Very dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, very slightly spicy, ripe lemon-apple meringue flavours with a faintly bitter lingering, high acid, gently toasty finish. This Vintages Essential has 12% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar.
