Forward bright medium yellow colour. Intense, complex, very toasty, ripe lemon meringue nose with lots of citrusy mineral notes. Very dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, complex, mineral-driven, ripe lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, high acid, toasty, faintly bitter finish with excellent effervescence. Has 12.% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L6314NG31 on the back label. TASTING NOTE: This has all the mineral qualities associated with pure Chardonnay. It is crisp, tightly textured and bright. It also has more serious depths of structure, white fruits and richness.
