TASTING NOTE: Barely stained, peachy-pink colour. The texture's a big part of the attraction here, polished and seductive. A subtly smoky, flinty aroma gives way to flavours of strawberry, citrus and pomegranate. Bone-dry and elegant. Very Mediterranean.
